Outstanding location, comfortable, great amenities.

Friendly service, but need to improve on amenities, especially in the gym when equipment are down or may need a bigger facility. Need more space for parking. Noise level from upstairs is quite loud and can hear every footsteps.

That is is the next best thing to owning your own home. I have never had the experience that I have here.

It's very cool and convenient, guest parking is great.

good location...free parking but, too pricey for what they have to offer, for about the same price you could live in a moder highrise downtown with a much better pool, floor to ceiling windows and modern interior. Also...you can live without the constant noise of the railroad that is 5 ft from the building
